Live Long and Prosper
So, apropos of just about nothing, besides the random firing of synapses in my brain (and an idle review of some earlier posts, including this one), I have decided to dub Rabbi V: Rabbi Spock. I mean, he is fairly logical, his tone is an appropriate combination of deferential and firm, and there are certainly times when I feel like all rabbis are from another planet. So let's see if the name sticks.

I like, I like! The 'V' in Rabbi V also reminds me of the hand salute Spock makes whenever he says, "Live long and prosper," so I feel it all ties together nicely.
I will, however, always have an image of Rabbi Spock with Vulcan ears and eyebrows.
But can he draw up one eyebrow?
There's also that other Spock, dr. Spock, the child rearing expert. My parents had one of his books.
